The Township of Lawrence is inviting sealed‑bid proposals for Phase 2 of its 2025 Road Improvement Program, which includes extensive pavement and concrete work across a network of municipal streets and a retaining‑wall replacement at the Senior Citizen Center.
• Approximately 56,770 sq yd of roadway milling and placement of 6,485 tons of hot‑mix asphalt surface course on multiple streets.
• Concrete improvements, grading, and paving on Mill Road, plus removal and replacement of a wood retaining wall at 30 E. Darrah Lane.
• Construction window of roughly three months, beginning early May 2026, with a total of 90 working days and final completion required by August 31 2026.
• Bids must be submitted sealed by February 18 2026; award anticipated March 17 2026.
• Compliance with New Jersey statutory and administrative code (N.J.S.A. 10:5‑31 et seq.; N.J.A.C. 17:27‑1 et seq.) is mandatory.
