Description
The City of Lubbock is seeking a qualified retail pharmacy to serve as a 340B contract pharmacy. The selected pharmacy will dispense 340B-eligible medications to patients, operate a staffed retail location within Lubbock, and provide home delivery services. The pharmacy must be enrolled as a 340B contract pharmacy with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and comply with all applicable state and federal laws. The contract term is one year, with the option of four one-year extensions. The proposal evaluation criteria include geographic access, delivery options, operational 340B compliance capabilities, and cost-effectiveness.
• The pharmacy must have a staffed retail location within the city limits of Lubbock, Texas.
• The pharmacy must be able to deliver 340B-eligible medications to patients within Lubbock County.
• The pharmacy must have operational 340B compliance capabilities and be enrolled as a 340B contract pharmacy with HRSA.
• The pharmacy must provide patient counseling and pharmacist consultation services.
• The pharmacy must comply with all applicable state and federal laws, HRSA 340B program requirements, and City of Lubbock policies.
