RFP for CSAH 32 Final Design

The Washington County Public Works Department is seeking a consultant to provide final design engineering services for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 32 Corridor Improvement Project. The project aims to improve the safety, mobility, and bikeability/walkability along the CSAH 32 corridor. The consultant will be responsible for completing all tasks necessary to take the project to approved construction documents, including project management, data collection, public and agency engagement, design services, construction plans and specifications, project costs, permits and approvals, environmental documentation, and bidding and construction assistance services. * Key responsibilities include: * Completing final design engineering services for the CSAH 32 Corridor Improvement Project * Providing project management, data collection, public and agency engagement, design services, construction plans and specifications, project costs, permits and approvals, environmental documentation, and bidding and construction assistance services * Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and standards * Coordinating with Washington County, the City of Forest Lake, and other agencies and stakeholders * Providing deliverables, including final cost participation layouts, draft and final plans, signed final plans, and other supporting documentation
