Intent to Sole Source

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to DLT Solutions, LLC, for the purchase of technical support and yearly software maintenance on Autodesk software products. The required products include Autodesk AutoCAD Annual Subscription Renewal, Autodesk Architecture Engineering Construction Collection, Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection, and Hagerman Support. • The purchase is for a proprietary software suite developed by Autodesk, Inc. • DLT Solutions, LLC is the only vendor providing Autodesk software support under the Department of Defense (DoD) ESI program. • The Government intends to acquire this requirement under the guidelines of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. • Interested parties can submit a statement of capabilities, which will be considered for future competitive procurement.
