Turf Management Equipment

The State of Minnesota is seeking to establish contract(s) with contractor(s) to provide Turf Management Equipment to State Agencies and its Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as needed basis. The contractor(s) must be able to provide Turf Management Equipment for orders at contracted rates to locations throughout the entire state of Minnesota. The contractor(s) must also provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support and overall contract management. Examples of acceptable equipment include commercial riding mowers, slope mowers, and athletic field maintenance equipment. Unacceptable items include municipal tractors and attachments, ATV/UTV/LSV’s and attachments, and hand tools. • The term of this contract is anticipated to be from February 15, 2026, to February 14, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional forty-eight (48) months in increments determined by the State. • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $100,000.00 to $6,500,000.00. • Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal. • The State reserves the right to award this solicitation to a single Responder, or to multiple Responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State.
