Uniform Services for Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNCM)

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide uniform rental, laundering, and repair services for the Environmental Services personnel at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC). The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive uniform program, including supplying uniforms, laundering, and repairing them. The uniforms must meet specific standards, including being made from materials suitable for industrial healthcare laundering and being resistant to degradation from cleaning chemicals. The contractor will also be required to conduct an on-site sizing event and provide customized uniforms with employee identification and facility branding. • The contractor must supply a sufficient quantity of uniform sets per employee to ensure a clean set is available for each workday. • The contractor must ensure all garments and laundering processes adhere to the standards set forth in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide a weekly exchange of soiled and clean uniforms on a day mutually agreed upon with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). • The contractor must submit a monthly inventory and billing report to the COR and the designated billing office.
