Description
The US Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) is seeking a contractor to design and build a one-story CMU block building with a solar power system, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, as well as an exterior CMU block perimeter wall with a manually operated vehicular entry gate in Abuja, Nigeria. The project also includes an option to design and build an additional floor. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and applicable safety precautions.
• The building will be 10 meters by 15 meters in size.
• The solar power system will include panels and batteries.
• The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and complying with environmental laws and regulations.
• The contractor must have a current Commercial and Governmental Entity (CAGE) Code or NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity (NCAGE) Code and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
