The Douglasville‑Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB# 327) for the annual supply of pipe fittings, valves, manhole products, concrete materials, meter boxes, plastic boxes, accessory kits, sewer couplings and related inventory items needed for water and sewer system maintenance. Bids must be sealed and submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on October 7, 2026. The contract will lock purchase and delivery prices for a one‑year period (December 20, 2026 – December 19, 2027). Vendors must be qualified and capable of delivering a broad range of water‑utility hardware on an as‑needed basis.
