Notice of Intent to Sole Source - A-E Ambulatory Care Center, Phase 4

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwest District - Fort Worth intends to issue a sole-source contract to Burns & McDonnell, Inc. for architect-engineer (A-E) design and construction support services. The services include updating design documents to current site conditions and design criteria for the Ambulatory Care Center, Phase 4 project at JBSA-Lackland AFB, Texas. The scope of the design includes construction of open areas, parking lots, a wet detention pond, a walking trail, lighting, and associated pedestrian features.
