Description
The Cowlitz County Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build construction of a new water distribution system on Shadow Mountain Road in Toutle, WA. The scope includes installing approximately 1,800 linear feet of water mains of varying diameters (12", 8", and 4"), constructing a county‑provided booster pump station with associated mechanical, electrical, and control work, and providing domestic service connections and fire hydrants. Bidders must review plans and specifications available through the Builders Exchange of Washington (BXWA) and submit a sealed bid package with a 5% bid deposit by the deadline.
• 62 ft of 12″ water main, 1,050 ft of 8″ water main, 670 ft of 4″ future reservoir fill line
