The Town of Barre is soliciting bids to repave the EMS parking lot located at 4 McLaughlin Road. The contract is a lump‑sum, all‑inclusive price for removal of existing pavement, grading, two‑lift asphalt paving (≈160 tons, 8,200 sq ft), traffic control, and a one‑year warranty. Bidders must submit a completed bid form by 10:30 a.m. on September 17 2026 and may submit electronically as a PDF. The award is expected at the September 22 2026 Selectboard meeting, with work required to be finished by June 25 2027. Penalties of $500 per day apply for late completion.
