Description
The West Texas Centers for MHMR is requesting competitive proposals for computer hardware. The Center is seeking vendors to provide a variety of computer equipment, including notebooks, mid-tower PCs, and all-in-one PCs. The proposal should include a cover letter, a completed bid form, and any additional information required by the Center. The Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate portions thereof. The evaluation criteria will include price, technical specifications and quality, delivery schedule, and warranty and support services.

• The proposal should include a quantity, unit price, and extended price for each item.
• The proposer should demonstrate independence by submitting a Bid Affidavit.
• The proposer should provide documentation of active contract status if they hold a current Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract that covers the scope of this solicitation.
