2026 Montezuma-Sligo Drainage Improvements Phase 2

The City of Cortez is seeking a contractor to perform storm water infrastructure improvements, including the removal and replacement of the current storm water infrastructure west of the intersection of Montezuma Avenue and Sligo Street. The project will consist of installing a 30” HDPE storm pipe within a utility easement and connecting the existing infrastructure to the improvements in Phase 1. The contractor will be responsible for field verification of all materials and accessories, and work performed shall be of high quality, in compliance with general accepted standards of workmanship, and in conformity with the Contract Documents.
