Boundless Journey Adventure Park Phase 2

The City of Farmington is seeking a general contractor to construct Phase 2 of the Boundless Journey Adventure Park, a 1.14-acre all-abilities park. The project includes demolition, grading, concrete pavement, concrete retaining walls, play equipment, irrigation, planting, and site electrical and lighting. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other related items required to complete the project. The project is funded by Regional Recreation Centers – Quality of Life, HUD, and CDBG Grants, and all works must follow grant requirements. • The project is divided into 6 sections, with Sections 1-4 being the base bid and Sections 5 and 6 being additive alternates. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to labor standards, equal employment opportunity, and environmental protection. • The contractor must also comply with the City's Conditions of Contract, including those related to payment, performance bonds, and insurance. • The project has a total budget of approximately $3,576,014 for the base bid, with additive alternates valued at $270,015 and $118,807.
