Description
The Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans seeks a qualified contractor to replace its existing 10‑ton ClimateMaster water‑source geothermal heat‑pump with a new unit that meets the attached specifications. The scope includes removal of the existing equipment, replacement of water‑side piping, electrical connections, duct transitions, startup, commissioning, a one‑year workmanship warranty, and on‑site training for RTA personnel. This is a single‑unit, fixed‑price contract with no subcontracting opportunities.
• Supply and install a ClimateMaster 10‑ton (120 000 BTU/hr) water‑source heat pump (R‑454B or R‑410A)
• Remove existing unit, associated piping, electrical, and ductwork
• Perform all mechanical, electrical, and air‑handling work, then start‑up and commission the system
• Provide one‑year workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, manuals, and training for RTA staff
