Description
The Town of Weymouth is seeking a contractor to provide a three-year revaluation program for all residential, commercial, industrial, exempt, and taxable personal property accounts in the town. The contractor will be responsible for providing "Interim Year" valuation adjustments in Fiscal Years 2027 and 2029, as well as completing the Fiscal 2028 Recertification Program. The contractor must submit separate Price and Non-Price proposals, and the Non-Price proposal must address and comply with all minimum requirements set forth in the RFP.
Some key points to consider are:
• The RFP will be available beginning on March 18, 2026, by requesting the Bid Documents electronically.
• All questions must be in written form and emailed to the Procurement Office by 3:00pm on March 27, 2026.
• Answers will be in the form of an Addendum and sent to all registered bidders by 3:00pm on April 2, 2026.
• The Town of Weymouth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposals if it appears to be in the Town's best interest.
