Description
The City of Salina is seeking an experienced engineering consultancy to replace three deteriorating 28‑in × 40‑in corrugated metal‑pipe culverts on Fairdale Road, perform updated hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and develop full design documents including plans, specifications, and easement coordination. The scope also includes evaluating alternative replacement options, integrating downstream box‑culvert impacts, and assisting with utility and property owner coordination.
• Update/verify 2008 hydrologic study and produce new hydraulic models for the culvert site.
• Design complete replacement package (drawings, specs) for the three culverts and any required retaining‑wall modifications.
• Prepare legal easement documents, coordinate with utilities, and support acquisition of temporary and permanent drainage easements.
