Supply of new Van, 17 seater (including driver)

The American Embassy New Delhi is seeking a supplier to provide a new van with 17 seats, including the driver. The van should meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The Embassy will accept equivalent brands, provided they meet the specifications. The Embassy will handle vehicle registration and taxes, and the vendor must submit a Tax Invoice containing the vendor's GST number and the Embassy's GST number. The Embassy motorpool will coordinate directly with the manufacturer's authorized service centers for post-delivery support. • The van should have a wheelbase of at least 4000 mm. • The vendor should provide the maximum warranty offered by the manufacturer. • The vendor should have a wide service station network across India. • The vendor should submit a Tax Invoice containing the vendor's GST number and the Embassy's GST number.
