The U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified contractor to provide routine elevator maintenance for two passenger elevators at 26 Garden Road. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, covering a base year with four optional one‑year renewals and a possible six‑month extension.
