Description
The City of Loganville, Georgia is seeking separate sealed bids for the construction of the Loganville Toddler Park. The project includes the installation of new sidewalks, planting, accessible play equipment, fencing, play surfacing, seating, shade structures, and related accessories. The project must be substantially complete within 120 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM, followed by a site walk.
• The project is funded by Local & ARC funds.
• The contractor must comply with the Copeland “Anti-Kickback” Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and Wage Rate Determination.
• Bid documents and technical specifications can be examined at the City of Loganville and Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC.
• Bidders must submit a bid form, bid bond, form of qualification of bidder, non-collusion affidavit, and immigration and security form.
