The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to replace 2 truck scissor dock lifts. The solicitation has been amended to comply with Acquisition Policy Flash 26-28 and the Class Deviation – Supplemental for FAR Parts 9, 12, 22, and 52 in Support of Executive Order (EO) 14398, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors. All offerors must review the clause in its entirety and ensure compliance. The replacement of the dock lifts will require the installation of new equipment and potentially other related services.
