The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for the demolition of the existing Woodland Ferry House and construction of a new 1‑story, approximately 972 SF administration building, along with extensive site improvements. Work includes excavation, back‑filling, grading, utility relocation, new pavement, curb, sidewalks, storm‑water control, landscaping, traffic‑control planning, and installation of an electronic ticketing system.
