Description
The Illinois Finance Authority is seeking a legal consultant to provide federal grant services. The consultant will assist with eligibility matters on elective pay and IRA tax incentives, provide legal opinions on credit eligibility, and prepare for filing incentives. The contract is for 400 hours at $250 per hour. The scope of work includes consulting with L4GG for federal tax credit advice and related legal services necessary to develop and implement federally funded grant programs.
