Manatee Protection System (MPS) Operations and Maintenance Services

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking quotes for operations and maintenance services for the Manatee Protection System (MPS). The contractor will be responsible for providing labor and parts, materials, and/or equipment for the system. The government reserves the right to award the contract without discussions. • The contractor should price items separately, including labor rates and costs for parts, materials, and/or equipment. • The government will examine labor rates and costs for parts, materials, and/or equipment separately. • The contractor's proposed staffing may include different labor categories, such as Contract Manager and Supervisor/Superintendent (OPS Manager). • The number of hours proposed should be indicative of the total number of hours the contractor will use for each labor category per year.
