This project calls for the complete replacement of the rooftop HVAC system serving the gym at Weequahic High School in Newark, NJ. The work includes demolition of the existing units, installation of two new Energy‑Recovery Units with variable‑frequency EC fans, associated metal duct fabrication and sealing, natural‑gas piping, electrical and low‑voltage upgrades, fire‑alarm system modifications, and comprehensive testing, adjusting, and balancing. The contractor must also provide all temporary facilities, safety plans, air‑quality monitoring, and comply with OSHA silica rules, NJ IAQ standards, and local noise ordinances.
