Description
The North Carolina State University is seeking a vendor to provide and install new LVT flooring in the University Towers Dorm. The project requires the removal of existing carpet and LVT tile, preparation of the substrate, and installation of new LVT flooring, cove base, and adhesive. The vendor must also provide a detailed schedule and inspect the work area to ensure a spotless and scratch-free finish. The project is expected to start on June 1, 2026, and must be completed by July 17, 2026.
• The vendor must have at least 10 years of established business operation to be eligible to submit a proposal.
• The vendor must provide references of work they have performed in the past three years.
• The vendor must comply with all Federal and State requirements concerning fair employment and employment of people with disabilities.
• The vendor must provide commercial insurance, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability insurance.
• The vendor must adhere to the University's general contract terms and conditions, including those related to payment, taxes, and intellectual property.
