The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive exterior painting and staining services for the Medical Office Building in Frisco, CO. Work includes surface preparation, application of Sherwin‑Williams wood stain to all wood fascia, trim, and dormer details, as well as painting metal doors and additional metal components per Addendum #1. The contractor must manage traffic control, safety compliance, and coordinate scheduling with the County.
• Scope: Power washing, scraping, caulking, two‑coat Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes stain on all wood exterior elements; paint 8 exterior metal doors and additional black metal post‑and‑beam gussets and fire‑sprinkler pipe.
• Schedule: Pre‑bid meeting 8 Apr 2026; proposal deadline 22 Apr 2026 2:00 PM; work to start June 2026 and be completed by September 2026.
• Requirements: Use specified Sherwin‑Williams products, provide warranty, retainage up to 10 %, maintain OSHA‑compliant safety measures, and supply all traffic‑control devices.
