2026 Roofing Program

The 2026 Roofing Program is a project by Birmingham Public Schools to solicit bids for roofing services. The project involves the replacement or repair of roofs in the school district. Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid conference, where they will have the opportunity to walk the site and receive information about the project. All questions must be directed to Kody Tolliver, and bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by Birmingham Public Schools, accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Birmingham Public Schools and pay all taxes required by law. • Bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267. • Bidders must certify that they are not an "Iran Linked Business" within the meaning of the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
