Description
The Camden City School District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply credentialed substitute paraprofessionals (full‑day, half‑day, long‑term, MPP specialty, and building‑based) to cover temporary staffing needs across all district schools. The vendor must maintain a pool of New Jersey‑certified paraprofessionals, conduct background checks, provide required immunizations, and deliver a comprehensive training program covering special‑education support, classroom management, and crisis prevention. Daily usage reports and weekly trend summaries must be submitted, and the vendor must interface with the district’s Frontline Technologies personnel system. The contract runs for two years (July 1 2025 – June 30 2027) with two optional one‑year renewals at the same daily rates.
• Provide substitute paraprofessionals with NJ educator or substitute credentials, background‑check clearance, and required health certifications.
• Deliver training, performance evaluation rubrics, and ongoing reporting (daily usage, weekly trend meetings).
• Meet insurance requirements (CGL, automobile, cyber, workers’ comp, etc.) and allow the district to reject or re‑assign any unsatisfactory staff.
