Concessions Space Redevelopment and Airline Club Space Development

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a Design-Build firm to provide professional design and construction services for the Concessions Space Redevelopment and Airline Club Space Development at Tampa International Airport. The project involves revamping concession spaces to improve the passenger experience, wayfinding, and revenue generation throughout the airport, as well as developing new club spaces at Airsides A and C. The selected firm will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the projects, including design, permitting, phasing, scheduling, and construction. • The project requires the firm to have experience in design and construction of comparable projects of similar scope and complexity. • The firm must provide a detailed approach to the design, permitting, phasing, scheduling, and construction of the Concessions Space Redevelopment Project. • The firm must also provide a detailed approach to the design and construction of the Airline Club Space Development Project. • The firm must demonstrate its ability to manage personnel in multiple locations, if applicable. • The firm must provide a narrative describing how it will manage personnel in multiple locations, if applicable. • The firm must describe its approach to providing quality control services throughout the design and construction phases of the projects.
