Snack Shack Concessionaire

The City of Madeira Beach is seeking a qualified firm to operate a snack‑bar and gift‑shop concession at Archibald Memorial Beach Park. The work is divided into two phases: Phase I requires the operator to provide and run a food‑truck or trailer while the Snack Shack building is under construction; Phase II transitions the operator into a fully restored Snack Shack facility once a certificate of occupancy is issued.
