Avasure Telesitter Technology - Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Sierra 7, Inc. for the provision of Avasure Mobile Two-way telesitter platform, equipment, and services. The contract includes the delivery and installation of various equipment, including Guardian Mobile 2-way FIPS, Monitor Station, Dell Pro Max Slim Base Server, and other accessories. The contractor will also provide installation services, biomed training, and project management services. The place of performance is the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. • The contract includes a 3-year warranty and support services for the equipment. • The contractor must provide all equipment, personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide and install the virtual observation system on site. • The system and all its components must already be approved to put on the VA network, including FIPS compliance, having an approved ERA and TRM, as applicable. • The contractor must ensure the security of all procured or developed systems and technologies throughout the life of the contract. • The contractor must comply with all Federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA Directives and Handbooks regarding information and information system security.
