The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Sources Sought notice to identify qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned and Veteran‑Owned small businesses capable of providing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and software support for a suite of high‑acuity radiology and cardiac catheterization equipment at the Puget Sound Health Care System Seattle Division. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, four‑year (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2030) agreement covering preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, parts replacement, software updates, and on‑site technical support for Siemens imaging systems (Symbia, Biograph Vision, AXIOM Sensis, Artis Q, Syngo, Powerware UPS, STELLANT Flex). Work hours are weekdays 8 am‑5 pm, excluding federal holidays, with a 4‑hour on‑site response time and 60‑minute phone response. The contractor must provide fully qualified field service engineers, travel, tools, OEM parts, and documentation, and must comply with extensive VA security, privacy, and reporting requirements.
