ENT Chairs and Cabinets - Solicitation

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) exam chairs and cabinets for the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The equipment must be of equal or superior quality to the SMR Maxi brand. The scope of work includes providing three exam chairs and three cabinets, as well as various accessories. The equipment will be used for newly hired ENT providers and to expand services in the clinic. The contractor must deliver the equipment within 30 calendar days of the award date. Key features of the exam chair include a fully powered lift, recline, and lay-flat design, as well as a programmable memory setting and articulating armrests. The cabinet must have a standard dimension, with two drawers and a locking pump compartment. • The contract is a total set-aside for SDVOSB. • The equipment must be delivered to the Lebanon VA Medical Center within 30 calendar days of the award date. • The contractor must provide a price quote for the equipment and accessories. • The Government reserves the right to inspect or test the equipment before acceptance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
