AMETEK P/N 137-583 Variable Focus Collimator, P/N 112-568 Right Angle Eyepiece Adapter

The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking a quotation for the procurement of two items: AMETEK P/N 137-583 Variable Focus Collimator and P/N 112-568 Right Angle Eyepiece Adapter. The contractor shall provide the items in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. The delivery schedule is 12 weeks after award of contract, and partial shipments are accepted. • The items shall be delivered to the address specified in the contract. • The contractor shall provide a warranty for the items. • The contractor shall provide calibration certificates and manuals for the items. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for each item. • The contractor shall report the information required by the contract as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
