Description
The Shelby County Government is seeking a managed services provider to support its Accela Civic Platform. The provider will be responsible for back-office support for administrators, including system administrator and departmental power-user support. The provider should also include a mechanism for receiving and managing requests for service/tickets. The contract term is expected to be at least one year, with possible optional renewal years. The county prefers a pricing model that best delivers the scope as written, and the proposer should present their pricing and service model accordingly.
• The Accela Civic Platform is currently deployed in a SaaS model.
• The county has already procured Accela licensing.
• There are existing integrations or plug-ins that require ongoing support.
• The provider should provide a mechanism for receiving and managing requests for service/tickets.
• Remote delivery is acceptable, and there are no onsite presence requirements.
• The county anticipates upcoming Accela version upgrades or workflow enhancement projects during the contract term.
