SBU/ RFQ Design Services- Nobel Hall Esports Facility

The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking qualified architectural and engineering consultants to provide full design services for the new Nobel Hall Esports Facility on its campus. This RFQ requires submission of qualifications only; cost proposals will be requested after a consultant is selected. The scope includes conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, code compliance, and coordination with university stakeholders. Respondents must demonstrate experience on comparable large‑scale campus or recreational facilities and must comply with numerous NY State certifications (MWBE, SDVOB, EO 177, etc.).
