Description
This solicitation is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ for a five‑year service agreement covering preventive and unlimited emergency maintenance of a Bruker MALDI‑Biotyper Sirius RUO system located at the USDA National Center for Animal Health in Ames, Iowa. Only Bruker‑qualified, factory‑trained engineers may perform the work, and the award will be made to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer. The contract includes a base year plus up to four optional one‑year extensions, with service periods defined for each year. Evaluation follows the Lowest‑Price‑Technically‑Acceptable (LPTA) method, and all applicable FAR and AGAR clauses must be accepted.
