2026 Independence Day Food and Beverages Service

The U.S. Embassy Georgetown is seeking a contractor to provide food and beverage catering services for the 2026 Independence Day Celebration, to be held on July 2, 2026, at the Four Points by Sheraton Georgetown. The event will serve approximately 500 guests, and the contractor must provide cocktail-style food service, beverage service, and all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies. The contractor must also comply with local health regulations and U.S. Embassy standards. • The contractor shall provide six (6) bite-sized pieces per person, consisting of five savory and one sweet item. • The contractor must provide all required beverage service, including bar stations for Embassy-donated beer, wine, soft drinks, and water. • The contractor must cover all corkage fees for Embassy-provided beverages and include all costs for a menu tasting event. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, glassware, utensils, and supplies for setup, service, and breakdown.
