Laundry Services

The Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center is seeking sources for laundry services to provide clean textiles during emergencies or repairs to their laundry facility. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, labor, and supervision to properly clean soiled linens in compliance with standards and regulations. The services will be implemented using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 812320. The period of performance for the 5-year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract is from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2031. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing uninterrupted, quality laundry services to the patients during emergencies and/or times of equipment repair • Ensuring that all work is performed under sanitary conditions • Following all regulations and guidelines of OSHA, VA, and other pertinent federal or state references concerning the cleaning and laundering of linens • Providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the tasks specified in the contract • Packaging and delivering clean linens to the government facility in a timely manner
