The Town of Fountain Hills is seeking a qualified plumbing contractor to provide on-call plumbing services across various Town-owned facilities and public properties. The contractor must be familiar with commercial plumbing systems and demonstrate compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes. The scope of work includes routine maintenance, repair of existing systems, installation of new fixtures and piping, emergency leak response, backflow testing, and compliance upgrades related to water and drainage infrastructure. Key considerations include timely response to service calls, skilled workmanship and quality control, clear cost documentation and invoicing procedures, and coordination with Town departments and other contractors. • The contractor must be available to perform work during regular business hours and maintain 24/7 emergency service capability. • The contractor must demonstrate a high level of technical competency through a combination of certifications, experience, and specialized training. • The contractor must provide a transparent and competitive hourly rate structure, including standard labor rates, overtime charges, and any applicable fees for emergency or after-hours service. • The contractor must demonstrate effective cost control measures, such as inventory management practices, use of energy-efficient equipment, and preventive maintenance strategies. • The contractor must be financially stable, solvent, and have adequate cash reserves to meet all financial obligations.
