SNOW REMOVAL AND ICE CONTROL SERVICES

The Town of Herndon is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide snow removal and ice control services on Town-maintained primary, secondary, and subdivision roads. The contract will be for one year with four optional renewals. Bidders must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work, including snow plows, chemical spreaders, and operators. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor technicalities. • The contract will commence on the date of execution and will continue for one year with four optional renewals. • Bidders must provide a completed Attachment A, Vendor Qualification/Equipment Inventory Certification Form, with their bid. • The Town will evaluate the bidder's equipment to ensure it meets the requirements and specifications stated in the IFB. • The contractor shall provide snow removal equipment and operators for each line item bid. • The contractor shall ensure that all equipment is in good mechanical condition and meets the requirements and specifications stated in the IFB.
