Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking to upgrade its current radiology voice recognition dictation system to the Powerscribe One 2019 Reporting System. The contractor will provide a comprehensive VRDS solution, including hardware, software, on-going upgrades, training, and technical support. The system will have high reliability and multiple redundancies, and will accommodate all current and future diagnostic codes. The contractor will also provide migration services for existing reports and templates, and will ensure that the system is configured to maintain a 99.99% up-time.
Key features of the required system include:
• Unlimited dictation licenses and voice profiles
• Integration with DICOM Modality Worklist Solution (DMWL)
• Business Analytics to offer analysis to the VISN across all sites
• Professional Services to accomplish the installation, training, and workflow analysis
• Quality Design Module to manage and monitor quality
The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Federal laws, regulations, and VA policies, including those related to information and information system security.
