Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to purchase and install fiber optic cables between Building 100 (Main Hospital) and Building 108 (VA Police) at the MEDVAMC in Houston, TX. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and testing to replace damaged fiber and install new fiber. The work includes four fiber runs, installation of armor-jacketed single-mode and multi-mode OSP fiber, inner duct, racks, enclosures, patch panels, fan out kits, connectors/splices, full termination, labeling, and testing.
