Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking quotes for convection microwaves for Fort Hood buildings 9420-9425. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contractor must provide pricing for all items listed in the RFQ. The contractor must also provide technical documents, including cut sheets and other supporting documents, to demonstrate that the quoted items meet the requirements of the Furniture Item Descriptions (FID).
Some key points to note:
* Quotes must be submitted by 2:00 PM Central Time, Friday, 2 March 2026.
* The contractor must provide a completed Attachment #1 (Line-Item Pricing) in Excel format and a completed Attachment #7 (Technical Documents Checklist) in Word format.
* The contractor must also provide a Certification of Conformance for any order that will be stored in a warehouse.
* The Government reserves the right to amend the RFQ and to accept or reject any quote.
