Old Boiling Springs Rd. Waterline Replacement

The City of Spartanburg, through Spartanburg Water, is seeking qualified contractors to replace aging water and sewer infrastructure along Old Boiling Springs Road. The scope includes removing and installing a new 480‑linear‑foot (LF) 24‑inch ductile‑iron waterline with associated valves and fittings, as well as replacing 80 LF of 8‑inch PVC gravity sewer and 180 LF of 12‑inch PVC gravity sewer, plus installation of one new manhole. This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a bid submission deadline of May 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM. • Replace 480 LF of 24″ ductile‑iron water pipe, including valves and fittings. • Replace 80 LF of 8″ PVC gravity sewer and 180 LF of 12″ PVC gravity sewer. • Install one new manhole and provide related site restoration. • All work performed within Spartanburg County, SC, under the direction of Spartanburg Water.
