Skid-Steer Loader

The University of North Carolina at Asheville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the sale of one New Holland Construction C337 Skid-Steer Loader vehicle for the University’s Campus Operations department. The vehicle must meet specific minimum specifications, including a regular enclosed cab with HVAC, high flow, hydraulic coupler, bucket, and other features. Vendors must provide pricing for all components and requirements of the vehicle. The contract will be based on the completion and acceptance of all requirements within the scope of work described in the RFP. • The vehicle must be delivered fully operational and meet the specifications provided by the University. • The vendor shall provide ongoing maintenance and repair services for the vehicle, either on-site or at an approved off-site facility, as required. • The vendor shall designate a Contract Manager and a Customer Service point of contact for UNC Asheville. • The vendor shall provide complete descriptive literature, specifications, certifications, and all other pertinent data necessary for thorough evaluation of the item(s) offered.
