Sheriff's Office Parking Shelter

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, and install parking shelters to cover 47 stalls at the Sheriff's Office in Papillion, Nebraska. The project includes the design, fabrication, and installation of four parking shelters, excavation, construction of structures, electrical work, and full-depth concrete repairs. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and certifications, as well as coordinating with the county project manager for staging, traffic control, and sanitary facilities. The project requires a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, and the contractor must provide a bid bond, performance and payment bond, and insurance certificates.
