Description
The City of North Las Vegas is seeking qualified respondents to submit proposals for landscaping services at Lot #1 Craig Ranch Park and Lot #2 CNLV Las Vegas Valley Wash Trails. The project duration is approximately 60 months, from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2031. The city is looking for a contractor to provide landscaping services, including maintenance and upkeep of the parks and trails. The proposal should include a detailed scope of work, pricing, and any other relevant information.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete the project.
• The city will provide access to the parks and trails, as well as any necessary permits or approvals.
• The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough on January 8, 2026 at 10:00 am and January 13, 2026 at 10:00 am.
• The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to negotiate with the selected contractor.
