RECS RFP Design for Replace Domestic Water Pump

The State of Minnesota is seeking a consultant to provide architectural/engineering design services for the replacement of the existing water pump system serving the fourth through ninth floors located on the lower level at the Elmer L. Andersen Building in St. Paul, MN. The project includes the design of a new water pump system, and the consultant will be responsible for providing a fee proposal, including a breakdown of their compensation, reimbursable expenses, and a total fee. The project is expected to be completed in multiple phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and post-construction phases. • The consultant will be responsible for providing all necessary design services, including but not limited to, creating plans, specifications, and estimates. • The consultant will be required to work with State review consultants and local officials to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. • The consultant will be reimbursed for certain expenses, including printing, mail, and telephone costs, as outlined in the Schedule of Reimbursable Expenses. • The total compensation for the consultant will be based on their fee proposal, which will include a breakdown of their basic services fee, reimbursable expenses, and a total fee.
